In view of global expansion plan, we launched in Singapore earlier this year. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for committed individuals to join our Sales Team! . Harmonious, Young, Fun & Loving Culture, we are looking for Like-Minded people to join our team . This position will assist with implementation of sales and marketing plans to grow our business in Singapore. . Candidates with experience dealing with Departmental Stores, Supermarkets, and running of roadshows is preferred. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES: . To process all offline stores' orders . Plan and run promotions and campaigns across designated channels to achieve sales targets . Maintain healthy stock level, update prices, and product description across all respective offline stores . To manage a group of Retail Sales Executives or Sales Promoters . Devise strategic marketing plans for respective channels to achieve sales targets . Identify and source for new and untap business channels to grow the business further . Analyse competitors' marketing activities and derive plans to compete . Report on sales performance, and provide necessary suggestions and implementations for improvement . Receive, handle and response to customer inquiries. Coordinating customer service through web chat, phone, and emails . To conduct sales visits to stores (if applicable) . To assist in the set up of roadshows or pop-up stores (if applicable) . Other administrative duties - running of sales reports . Ensure accounts receivables received are matched with the sales reports . To assist in attending to walk-in customers . Any other ad-hoc projects assigned REQUIREMENTS: . Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Business/ Marketing or related discipline. . Strong organizational and good communication skills. . Must be proficient in MS office e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint. . Proficient on Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus but not necessary. . Ability to multitask and prioritize. . For executive position, preferably with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in managing departmental stores, supermarkets, dealers or projects. . Prior experience in Mattress or Furniture Industry is highly advantageous. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbally. . Friendly disposition, High initiative and Positive. . Process good attitude towards learning and improving. . Strong Team player with creative and approachable personality. . Strong customer service skills. . Able to multi-task in a demanding & fast paced environment & work independently. .
