The Role: Key Account Manager
As a Key Account Manager, you will be a strategic sales partner, managing a large portfolio of 150-300+ client accounts (FMCG, Agencies). Your core mission is to drive revenue growth and nurture long-term relationships by advising clients on real-user advocacy and our suite of consumer evidence solutions.
(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Workspace. Experience with project/task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

Proactive, organized, able to handle a high volume of accounts, and thrives in an
entrepreneurial environment
with full autonomy.
Language:
Strong written and spoken
English

Nice-to-Haves
Experience selling marketing, UGC, sampling, or research solutions.
Knowledge of additional SEA languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, Filipino, Mandarin) is a plus.
Regional experience in SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand).
