The Role: Key Account Manager



As a Key Account Manager, you will be a strategic sales partner, managing a large portfolio of 150-300+ client accounts (FMCG, Agencies). Your core mission is to drive revenue growth and nurture long-term relationships by advising clients on real-user advocacy and our suite of consumer evidence solutions.

Key Responsibilities (Sales & Account Management):



Ownership:

Own and manage a large portfolio of accounts, with an emphasis on high-value

Key Accounts

.

Sales Growth:

Meet or exceed quarterly and annual

revenue targets

through upsell and cross-sell of solutions (UGC, product testing, sampling).

Client Strategy:

Build strong, consultative relationships and develop strategic campaign recommendations tailored to client KPIs.

Pipeline Nurturing:

Actively re-engage dormant accounts and maintain a sustainable sales pipeline.

Documentation:

Utilize

CRM tools

daily (HubSpot preferred; Salesforce/Zoho/Pipedrive acceptable) to log all activities and pipeline information.

What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)



We are seeking a

self-driven, energetic

sales professional with a strong understanding of marketing and commercial acumen.

Experience:

3-6 years in

Key Account Management

, B2B

Sales

, or Client Servicing--ideally within

FMCG

, digital marketing, research, or related sectors.

Skills:

Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills with a natural

upselling intuition

.

Marketing Knowledge:

Strong understanding of

brand building, advocacy, UGC, sampling, consumer insights

, and

e-commerce

.

Tools:

Proficiency in

CRM

(HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and Google Workspace. Experience with project/task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.).

Mindset:

Proactive, organized, able to handle a high volume of accounts, and thrives in an

entrepreneurial environment

with full autonomy.

Language:

Strong written and spoken

English

Nice-to-Haves



Experience selling marketing, UGC, sampling, or research solutions. Knowledge of additional SEA languages (Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysia, Filipino, Mandarin) is a plus. Regional experience in SEA (Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, or Thailand).
