Then come and join our global team as Kay Account Manager \xe2\x80\x93 IT & Digital Solutions to plan and executes sales targets and activities in Singapore for the IT & Digital Solutions portfolio and drive business with potential customers and to achieve defined commercial targets.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will adopt a hands-on approach to drive the Digital Solutions business
• You are responsible for the orders and revenue achievement of the ITD portfolio
• You will develop opportunities to pitch the relevant Digital solutions to existing and new customers through customer engagement visits/workshops
• You will articulate customer problem statement and display understanding of their requirements
• You will learn and develop a foundation knowledge of our portfolio of solutions and be comfortable pitching them to the market
• You will work with internal regional and HQ experts to handle customer queries/interests and pitch our solutions as a team. Ensure documentation of these opportunities in the CRM system
• You will work collaboratively with quotation desk and product team to craft proposals according to SHS guidelines

Your qualifications and experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in sales of Healthcare IT systems/solutions/services in the Singapore market (e.g. PACS, EMR, CMS, LIS, RIS or Cloud solutions etc.)
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in information systems/Business Admin/ Biomedical engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology discipline or equivalent academic qualifications

Your attributes and skills:

• You have foundation knowledge of Healthcare IT standards and terminology
• You demonstrated understanding of customer pain points in Healthcare IT
• You have background understanding of Healthcare sector in Singapore and key stakeholders in public/private accounts
