Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing their after-sales services, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and driving business expansion in the South East Asia market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance after-sales services, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Service existing key accounts, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for market expansion in the South East Asia region.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
• Provide timely and accurate reports on key account metrics and market trends.
• Stay updated on industry developments and competitor activities.

• Proven experience in a key account management role within the marine industry.
• Well-connected in the maritime sector with a strong network of contacts.
• Demonstrated salesmanship and negotiation skills.
• In-depth understanding of both 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines is preferable.
• Technical background in marine engineering is highly preferable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
