Join Our Team as a Key Account Manager for local pet store!
Key Account Manager:
Salary:
$3,200 - $3,500 + OT (Depends on Experience)
Work Schedule:
5 Days/Week (Saturday must work)
Job scope:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to drive growth and meet sales targets.
Identify and acquire new accounts to expand our customer base.
Provide personalized support to retail and/or own customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders to retail customers and/or own customers.
Manage and oversee the company's presence on e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada.
Plan and execute roadshows, product launches, and promotional events.
Work on Pet Expos and other relevant industry events as required.
Work closely with co-founders, to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in business field or relevant field
Driving license required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Able to speak English & Mandarin as need to liaise with English & Mandarin-speaking client
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
