Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Deeply maintain relationships with top internet clients, liaise with key departments, understand clients' procurement and supply chain plans, and maintain effective communication with clients and vendors to achieve overall sales targets and enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with vendor technical teams and client application, R&D, and technical architecture departments to understand technical planning, follow up on product technical solutions and standardization implementation, and provide business support.
Accurately convey client needs to product managers and work together to achieve sales targets.
Handle daily quotations and orders, ensuring alignment with clients' shipping requirements and product delivery timelines.
Ensure the smooth and efficient Order to Cash process, manage client risk, and ensure accounts receivable (AR) collection.
Ensure client and end-user after-sales service satisfaction, coordinating timely resolution of related issues.
Plan and participate in vendor or client-related marketing activities, fully integrating online and offline market resources to expand business.
Understand clients' business domains and leverage DWS's channel ecosystem to help clients create business opportunities.
Recommend DWS products, solutions, and services to clients, expanding DWS's share of wallet (SOW) and multi-product line sales opportunities within clients.
Maintain good communication with internal support departments, complete necessary business processes, and ensure compliance.
