1. RESPONSIBILITY
Manage high-value, multi-million-dollar accounts by building strong relationships with key decision-makers, including managers and C-level executives, in top-tier organizations.
Drive growth through strategic upselling by identifying opportunities to expand existing customer partnerships, maximizing value for both clients and the business.
Be the primary point of contact to onboard new clients after signing the contract.
Communicate clearly the progress to internal and external stakeholders.
Participate in RFP, RFI, RFQ, Tenders...
Negotiating all contracts with the clients and partners.
Manage customer and partner data on the CRM system.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Other tasks assigned.
2. REQUIREMENTS
Proven account management or other relevant experience (05+ years).
Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels.
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts while paying strict attention to detail.
Excellent listening, negotiation, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in both spoken and written English.
Hard-working and self-accountable.
* Experience with Ecommerce projects is a plus.
