Our client is a Global Shipping MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Key Account Manager to join their Team, in hopes of developing their current high performing team. They are located at West. Duties
To collaborate with key accounts contacts, build and develop relationships and analyze customer needs to customize product and service.
Responsible for monthly reviews with Key Accounts on service level, volumes, and tariffs.
Identify and convert new customers by market search, build and managed customers and liaise with local sales team on customer matters.
Manage and resolved problems and risk to ensure achievement of targets with the key accounts
Responsible for presentations, proposals, plans, contact reports when required.
Analysis market, prepare and develop business plan for the region
Assist for budget allocation and set key account targets for the region
Responsible for development and maintenance of Regional Corporate/Key Accounts in coordination with global Team.
Any ad-hoc duty as assigned.
Requirements
Min Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Min 4 years of experience in Key Account Management within the logistics industry.
Experience with Ocean Freight will be added bonus.
