Job Description

Main Tasks:

• Support marine sales activities (for VLGC) including, but not limited to

o dry docking services consists of maintenance of cargo compressor and cargo system (auxiliaries)

o Maintenance services covers the following:

• Spare parts & Component sales
• Compressor valve reconditioning
• Field service supervision and turnkey
• Component refurbishment
• Engineering services: upgrades/revamps
• Monitoring & diagnostics
• Digital products
• Customer training

• Managing and interpreting customer requirements to strategizing our offerings/proposals.

• Proactively visit/approach/strategizing customer visits to understand customers\' requirements, market movement/trends & competitor activities

• Travel and develop key customers within the South-East Asia region to grow marine business

• Provide technical sales presentations & applications guidance

• Coordinate & prepare technical and commercial proposals to customers

• Coordinate with BC counterparts for respective supports (dry-dock maintenance service, spare parts delivery)

• Enforce all service jobs and purchases are captured, ordered & invoiced correctly and on timely manner.

• Support, monitor and manage purchases are ordered and delivered on realistic & timely basis

• Perform pre-sales and post-sales marketing activities/plans with the aim of growing served market, developing un-served customers and area segment, creating new customer base, maintaining existing customer-relationship

• Provide sales forecast and market reports of area of responsibility

• Work closely with different department/team to deliver sales target

• Marketing, customer events & exhibition

• Carry out other jobs as assigned by superior
