  • To formulate and implement plans and achieve sales target for assigned accounts.
  • Formulate and implement effective sales strategy and promotions plans for assisted accounts: plan, present and execute promotion plans, negotiation of trading terms and trade spends to ensure sales opportunities are maximised and deliver financial results to the company.
  • Oversee the MT operation team to ensure the trade promotions are executed in the trade according to the plan timely, effectively and drive operation execellence.
  • To liaise and build a strong relationship with assigned key accounts.
  • Conduct business reviews.
  • Lead and co-ordinate with cross function teams to deploy Danone plans with customer.
  • Work with operation team to ensure excellence execution on ground.
  • Provide accurate, complete and timely sales forecast based on bottom-up forecast, historical data, business trends, sales and marketing activities.
  • Follow up on any matters arising prior to any meetings.
  • Customer compliant investigation turnaround within KPI.
  • Monitoring and fulfillment of KPIs with sufficient review frequency with relevant parties.
  • Periodic review of KPIs and performance with management on other tasks as assigned.
  • Prepare and submission of sales reports in accordance to established formats and schedule.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or higher in Business Administration or any related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant key accounts management expertise in the FMCG industry.
  • Able to work independently, energetic and highly passionate about work in driving sales growth.
  • Good team player with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skill.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word and Power point.
