Our client is a leader in the precision engineering industry, with 50 years of history serving international manufacturers from their bases in Singapore, China and Thailand.

Job Highlights

• Basic Salary: Up to $7500
• Working Days: Monday to Friday
• Working Hours: 8.00am to 5.00pm
• Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Develops account strategies to meet sales growth & profitability targets.
• Develops new businesses or expand existing customers through headhunting or networking.
• Provides advices, proposals, recommendations and effective solutions for the products to meet customers\' needs & requirements.
• Actively participates in proposal preparation and presentation; pricing analysis and contract negotiation to ensure successful and profitable completion of projects.
• Able to understand purchasing trends of assigned customers to provide forecast for plants to allocate resources in planning as well as yearly budgeting.
• Gathers customers\' insight and market intelligence to assist business teams to win projects; countering competitors\' strategies.
• Provides quality after-sales service; including but not limited to technical solutions.
• Provides value- added services to customers through the proposal of alternatives, cost savings and any other information required.
• Ensures billings and booking revenues of assigned customers are met on a yearly and monthly basis; anticipates sales movements for any short falls in revenue and proactively drives for billing/booking before yearly or monthly closures.
• Responsible for receivables collections to improve cash flow of company through close follow ups with customers for overdue payment.
• Any other duties assigned by superior and / or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering (Precision Engineering), with at least 5 years of experiences in a related industry.
• Knowledgeable in Market intelligence in similar industry is preferred.
• Proven track records of outstanding presentation, negotiation, marketing and selling skills.
• Possesses good interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric, with a high level of professionalism & integrity.
• Tactful and resourceful.
• Works well independently and as well as in a team.
