TasksWithin the targets set by the Head of Key Account Management Region, the Manager Key Accounts (Manager Level) performs the following duties:

• Creates rate offers, with and without guarantee of transportation
• Enters into transportation agreements with customers
• Creates growing additional business focusing on all aspects of the Lufthansa Cargo\'s Product Portfolio and initiating long term business
• Provides sales support for LCAG subsidiaries (e.g. time:matters)
• Is responsible for presenting the LCAG product and service portfolio as well as providing sales support and consultancy to customers
• Negotiates Global Incentive Agreements, monitors and communicates progress and works in cooperation with partner(s) to reach its targets
• Assists with and resolves global, regional and local discrepancies and is recipient of escalated matters

• Performs all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bachelor\'s degree in commerce preferably with focus on economics and/or marketing or Degree in logistics management; or several years of experience in a comparable position in sales organization
• 5 years of experience in the airline industry (cargo/forwarder/logistics industry knowledge preferred)
• English and local/other language required
• German language desirable
• Knowledge and practical experience in operational airfreight management
• Professional sales and negotiation skills
• Advanced level of communication
• Business Administration and Performance Management knowledge
• Competition Compliance knowledge
• Advanced IT knowledge, preferably including MS Ofiice

• Must possess a work permit in Singapore
