Job Title: Key Account ManagerOur Client: Our client is dedicated solely to retail, focusing on the key point of consumer interaction. They specialize in planning, designing, building, implementing, and managing retail solutions that provide clarity for top global retailers and brands. Operating across America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia, they have successfully supported clients in establishing their retail presence in over 100 countries. With offices in Hong Kong, India, Singapore, and various locations throughout China, their team in Asia is committed to delivering outstanding service to their global clientele.The Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and support account services staff, coaching them to achieve set objectives and preparing them for future management roles
• Translate retail designs into fully operational stores that meet the specific requirements of brands and retailers
• Set and monitor performance goals for the team, ensuring alignment with the company\'s strategic objectives
• Manage all account activities, including overseeing personnel involved in account services and sales
• Negotiate and build strategic relationships with key clients, including conducting client visits when necessary
• Conduct business reviews with clients and propose strategies for improvement and growth
• Assist the director in developing effective strategic sales plans through market analysis, trend monitoring, and competition tracking
• Enhance the performance of current accounts while also developing new ones
• Achieve target objectives for accounts and ensure all deliverables are met

The Requirements:

• At least 8-10 years in a management position with a proven track record in sales and operations
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail environment, POP/POS, or related industry at a senior management level
• University degree or higher
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Culturally adaptable with strong skills in methodology, planning, synthesis, and negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and deliver on targets
• Credible, accountable, and responsible
• Previous experience with shop display fixtures is preferred
