About the Role:
The Key Account Manager role, is responsible for driving the business growth by managing key customer accounts, developing strategic plans, and delivering commercial targets. This position requires strong ownership, effective collaboration, and a results-driven approach in a dynamic environment.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and develop key account plans to achieve business growth and strategic goals
Propose and implement commercial policies, trade terms, and customer plans across Singapore
Analyze customer performance, identify business opportunities, and develop action plans
Negotiate contracts, annual promotional plans, and in-store execution with assigned customers
Manage trade spending efficiently, ensuring ROI and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with Sales, Trade Marketing, Customer Service, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor sales targets, budgets, and KPIs, and proactively address any issues
Support and guide sales teams to ensure local execution aligns with national strategies
About You:
University degree in Business or related field
Strong experience in key account management, sales, or related fields
Experience with both Traditional & Modern Trade, Impulse Channels
Knowledge of Channel and Customer Plans, understanding of Commercial Logistics, Sales, Field and Merchandising Processes
Excellent communication skills, strong analytical, negotiation, and leadership skills
Proactive, dynamic, and a strong team player who can work under pressure and meet deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office and business analytics tools
Fluency in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is considered a plus
