• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve any issues or concerns
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant documentation to senior management

• Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven track record of success in key account management, preferably in the biotechnology industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
