Job Description

We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a Key Account Management Specialist (B2B) to join our Retail team to help shape the future of living-one thoughtful detail at a time.
What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and fostering long-term relationships with our trade partners. Your primary focus will be on strategic acquisition, retention and ensuring a seamless partnership experience. You will play a key role in collaborating with internal teams to align trade strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Develop and execute strategic account acquisition plans to achieve growth targets and identify new business opportunities.
  • Proactively engage potential trade partners through email outreach, cold calling, and on-site visits.
  • Lead trade partners' registration and onboarding processes, including contract term explanations via video calls, office visits, or in-showroom tours.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key trade partners, acting as their primary point of contact for all business-related matters.
  • Implement structured continuous engagement plans, including regular touchpoints such as newsletter communications, conduct periodic business reviews to assess partner needs, address concerns, identify collaboration opportunities and offer tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed on partner feedback, industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure prompt solutions.
  • Lead/Support planning and execution of ad-hoc and quarterly partner collaboration events.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing, and customer support to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Align with internal teams to drive Global Trade Program initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, partner feedback and market insights to key stakeholders.
What You'll Need
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of proven experience in sales, key account management, or relevant customer-facing roles.
  • Strong business acumen and financial understanding to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Willingness and ability to travel island-wide for client meetings and product presentations as required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing client data, tracking activities, and generating reports.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges and drive business growth.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
What Can Boost Your Profile
  • Familiarity with the furniture industry or related markets will be an advantage.
  • Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and customers.
