Job Description

Business: Office space rental agency in Singapore + residential leasing (future planning)Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, property agents, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand our client base and enhance market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
• Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.
• Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in commercial real estate or related industries.
• KEO license is a must
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Knowledge of the Singapore office rental market and industry trends is advantageous.
