We are a vibrant and dynamic retail environment, and we're looking for a reliable and proactive Keyholder to join our team.Key Responsibilities:As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store. Your main duties will include:

• Opening and closing the store securely and efficiently.

• Assisting in daily store operations, including inventory management and maintaining store standards.

• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries.

• Supporting and supervising the team in the absence of the store manager or assistant manager.

• Handling cash registers, processing transactions, and ensuring cash handling accuracy.

• Assisting in training and onboarding new team members.

• Upholding safety and security protocols to protect store assets and team members.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Dependability and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

• A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.

• Ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting, stocking, and standing for extended periods.
