Key Duties and Responsibilities


Food Preparation

: Wash, peel, chop, and cut ingredients according to recipes.

Cleaning & Sanitation

: Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes.

Assisting Staff

: Support chefs and cooks with various tasks during meal preparation.

Inventory & Stocking

: Unload deliveries, store ingredients, check expiration dates, and report items needed for replenishment.

Kitchen Maintenance

: Keep the kitchen tidy and organized, including floors, appliances, and storage areas.

Health & Safety

: Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
