As our

Kids Tech Experience Specialist

, you'll be the

star of the show

--demonstrating cool gadgets, guiding parents through the features, and creating unforgettable moments for kids and families.

What You'll Be Doing (and loving!)

Bring our products to life!

Show kids (and their parents) how fun, safe, and easy our tech can be.

Be the go-to product expert!

Answer questions, explain features in simple, kid-friendly ways, and help families find what they need.

Create engaging demos & mini experiences

Whether it's a quick camera test, a smartwatch demo, or a fun little tech moment, you'll make it interactive!

Build connections with families

Listen, engage, and make parents feel confident while making kids feel special.

Support sales (without the pushy stuff)

You'll help families choose the right product--but your real superpower is creating trust and excitement.

Be part of events & activities

Help with in-store promotions, kids' workshops, and fun product launch days.

You're a natural storyteller

who can explain tech in a fun, simple way.

You're friendly & approachable

--parents and kids feel comfortable with you instantly.

You're energetic & proactive

--you don't just wait for people to come to you; you go create the magic! ? Able to speak

English (and Mandarin is a plus!)

Experience with retail, kids' products, or tech is a bonus

--but not a must.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. Must have at least 1 year of experience in sales or related fields. Have friendly and upbeat personality. Enjoy retail environment and comfortable to work on weekends and Public Holiday. Must be well-versed in English, Mandarin is a plus point. * Willing to work 6 days a week.
