What You Will Deliver

• Attend to walk-in clients at Kiosk
• Assist with client inquires
• Ensure high conversion rate from walk-ins into GoGoX customers
• Assist client with downloading of company app on phone to book for ride
• Usher clients with delivery items to the loading area
• Explain and upselling GoGoX products and app to potential clients

Who You Are

• Tech-savvy in mobile application
• Independent with minimal supervision
• Committed to their work and have a strong sense of responsibility
• Punctual
• Good command of spoken English, Mandarin or Malay will be a bonus
• Committed to assist and resolve any potential client issue
• Available to start work within a short span of time
• Able to travel to both IKEA JEM and Alexandra as per requested
