ITQ Description Supply of Manpower Services for Kitchen Aide
Objective & Workplace
Deploy one Kitchen Aide to support practical lessons and food science experiments in the Cookery Rooms / Preparation Room.
Location: North-East
Scope of Services / Key Responsibilities
Assist in ordering, receiving, and preparing foodstuffs for practical lessons.
Check delivered food and verify quality.
Wash up and maintain cleanliness of kitchen, preparation rooms, and equipment after each lesson.
Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines; store fresh, frozen, and leftover food safely.
Check, clean, and arrange kitchen equipment at the end of each session.
Dispose of rubbish and manage kitchen waste appropriately.
Conduct stock-taking of ingredients and expendables, consolidate, order for upcoming lessons, and file invoices.
Wash and dry kitchen towels and dishcloths.
Perform other duties assigned by HOD C&T.
Skills & Qualifications
Able to communicate in English to support teachers.
Minimum 1 month of food preparation experience; preferably 1 year in a government school environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude.
Team player who is meticulous, organized, and able to multi-task.
