• Food preparation: Cutting, washing, and chopping ingredients, and cooking dishes
• Cleaning: Sanitizing and cleaning dishes, utensils, cookware, and work stations
• Inventory management: Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies
• Food safety: Following food safety regulations and procedures to prevent cross-contamination and foodborne illnesses
