Responsibilities
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our team at a chicken rice shop. * Assist in food preparation, including cutting ingredients, portioning, and plating dishes. * Support chefs in cooking and assembling chicken rice dishes. * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. * Ensure food safety standards are followed at all times. * Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies. * Dispose of kitchen waste properly and keep the work area organized. * Perform other duties as assigned by the chef or kitchen supervisor.
Requirements

• Prior kitchen experience is an advantage but not required. Training will be provided. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. * Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices. * Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
