Job Description

1. Ensure all food and other items are stored properly at appropriate temperatures


2. Handling multiple food orders at one time


3. Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed


4. Help to prepare food before the arrival of the guests for special arrangement/ reservation


5. Raw material and Ingredients preparation


6. Operate dishwashing machine.


7. Wash and dry all pans, pots, utensils, dishes and storing them back to allocated locations.


8. Housekeeping and maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.
