Services not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and mid-year school holidays.
Scope of Work
The personnel will be required to perform the following duties, including but not limited to:
Set up workstations before classes and ensure kitchen surfaces and equipment are cleaned and sanitised.
Organise and stock ingredients and supplies to support lesson requirements.
Assist students with basic food preparation techniques and reinforce food safety and hygiene practices.
Provide support to teachers during lessons and practical activities.
Maintain kitchen appliances and tools, report malfunctions, and assist with inventory of kitchen equipment and supplies.
Store ingredients and leftovers properly, monitor expiration dates and food quality, and support stock rotation.
Manage proper disposal of food waste, including recycling and composting efforts.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills
The personnel should preferably possess:
Completed
PSLE
.
Previous experience working in a classroom kitchen environment.
Ability to multitask efficiently with a willingness to learn and maintain a positive, motivated attitude.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
