No services required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, and mid-year school holidays
/ Scope of Work
Set up kitchen workstations before classes and ensure all equipment and surfaces are cleaned and sanitised.
Organise and stock ingredients, tools, and supplies to support smooth class operations.
Assist students with basic food preparation techniques and monitor food safety and hygiene practices.
Support the teacher(s) during lessons, providing help as required.
Maintain kitchen appliances, report faults or repair needs, and assist with equipment inventory management.
Properly store ingredients and leftovers, monitor expiry dates, and ensure stock rotation to minimise waste.
Dispose of food waste responsibly and assist with recycling and composting activities.
Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Skills
PSLE qualification preferred.
Prior experience working in a classroom kitchen is an advantage.
Ability to multitask effectively with a positive and motivated attitude.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1,200.00 - $1,500.00 per month
Education:
GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
Completed PSLE: 2 years (Preferred)
* Previous experience working in a classroom kitchen: 2 years (Preferred)
