Job Description

  • To perform all culinary tasks in the kitchen including production, preparation, cleaning, opening setup and closing . To prepare and cook the food to the standard recipes and check for taste, temperature and visual appeal. . To Ensure consistency in food quality control, hygiene and safety . To monitor and maintain stock levels to reduce wastage and to maximize profitability . To check the quantity and quality of received products to ensure items are as ordered and standards are met . To make arrangements to store food items in a safe and orderly manner . To ensure kitchen and counter are well maintained, organized, cleanliness in accordance with the hygiene and safety standards . To run, supervise and manage daily kitchen operations effectively . To train, supervise, counsel and discipline all employees at the outlet . To ensures proper staffing for maximum productivity and high standards of quality, control food and payroll costs to achieve maximum profitability . To ensure all equipment is kept in perfect working condition and to report any deficiencies . To maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers and customers . To work efficiently to resolve any problems that arise in the kitchen . To perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned
