Job description:
- Responsible for operating, cleaning, providing general maintenance and upkeep for the ice cream machines
- Responsible for the production of ice cream, from mixing of ingredients to pasteurizing to churning
- Responsible for the packing of ice cream into pans/pints/cups
- Stocktake of inventory
- Possess the mandatory Basic Food Hygiene Certificate for food handling
- 5 working days a week, 11 am to 9 pm
- Able to work well in a team
