Job Description
KITCHEN ASSISTANT
[SINGAPORE]
- S00 \xe2\x80\x93 00
- 6 days work per week
- (Tuesday Shop closed, Off day)
- Weekday Shift : 10am \xe2\x80\x93 7pm, 2:00pm \xe2\x80\x93 11pm
- Shift for those who staying in company hostel :-
- Saturday & Sunday : 10am \xe2\x80\x93 11pm (No OT calculate)
*Hostel provide to Female candidate only.
*Dinner provided at 3pm (30min break)
*Break time (4pm-5pm)
*Saturday & Sunday not entitled for Overtime calculation.
*Others day will have Overtime calculate if required to work OT.
*Total 48hrs/week, (4 hours calculate as fix OT allowance)
*working on Public Holiday will have replacement into Annual leave (can claim at any date, as plan and notice to shop manager).
*Performance bonus based on performance (only entitled after 1 year service)
*3 months probation
*Closed on Chinese New Year Day 1 & Day 2.
*Only entitled after 1 year service :
*Annual Leave : 7 days (max : 14 days)
*Medical Leave : 14 days
*Hospitality Leave : 60 days
*Medical fees can be reimburse (0 per year)
*Only Chinese candidate
*with kitchen experience, passionate in cooking.
LOCATION:
*Sembawang
:
*Assist head chef in the kitchen.
*handle simple wok fried or pan fried food (eg : Buffalo wings, satay, fried rice etc)
*Prepare and cook food items to ensure the highest quality service and experience for customers.
*Help to ensure kitchen are organized and running smoothly
*Proper food handling, sanitation and food storage procedures.
Job Requirement :-
*Passion in cooking
*Non Halal restaurant, prefer mandarin speaking candidate.
