  • Assist with the preparation and cooking of Western menu items, which may include grilling, frying, baking, and platin * Prepare ingredients, including washing, chopping, slicing, and portioning meats, vegetables, and other components according to recipes. * Ensure all food is prepared to the required standard in terms of taste, quality, and presentation. * Support the overall kitchen team to ensure fast and efficient service to meet the demands of the university environment.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of practical experience as a Kitchen Assistant, Cook, or similar role, specifically focusing on Western cuisine. * Basic competency in various Western food preparation methods and techniques.
