Passion to whip up scrumptious cuisines? JOIN US! We are a modern Nanyang-themed restaurant located at Seletar Country Club. An opportunity to work at a scenic, beautiful, well-manicured view of the golf course within the club.
You\'ll be working alongside our team of Executive Chefs, experienced Chinese Chef, serving up excellent dishes.
You will also be involved kitchen operations for special celebratory events and monthly wine/whisky pairings.
Some specific duties include but not limited to:
- Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment.
- Maintain a high standard of hygiene and health and safety.
- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.).
- Ensure the highest standard of food production and presentation at all times as per standard of performance manual and recipes.
Staff meals are provided. Transport is provided by Shuttle Services from Khatib MRT. Flexible work arrangements can be discussed.
