Has extensive kitchen experience, physically fit and can work independently.
Working Hours: 12 hours, 9am-9pm.
Overtime required during busy periods/New Year period.
Primarily responsible for seafood production (abalone, sea cucumber, shark fin, fish maw).
Requires extensive experience in cooking, stir-frying, and cutting seafood/fish.
Participation in new menu development.
Washing and cutting ham; storage; and handling of goods.
Must be able to access cold storage; maintain a clean work environment.
Hardworking; easy-going; good health; and able to follow company instructions
Running between two outlet locations for work.
Free meals provided.
