Job Description
Position: Kitchen Cleaner (4 Star or 5 Star Hotel / F&B)
Available Shift Options (Full Time / Part Time) and Salary:
? ??Robertson Quay : 11.30pm-7.30am ($2,000)
? ?Newton : 11:30pm-6:30am ($2,000)
? Changi: 11pm-7am ($2100)
Available Shift Options (Part Time):
? Marina Suntec: 7am-11pm ($10-$12/hr)
? ??Jurong : 5:30pm-11:30pm ($9/hr on weekdays / weekend, $12 on PH)
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene by thoroughly cleaning and sanitizing all kitchen surfaces, including floors, walls, countertops, and equipment Wash, dry, and properly store kitchen utensils, cookware, and dishware Manage kitchen waste disposal and ensure proper segregation of recyclables and general waste Adhere strictly to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety standards Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies as needed; report low stock to the supervisor Participate in scheduled deep-cleaning tasks, such as cleaning exhaust hoods, ovens, and refrigerators Follow all hotel operating procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene protocols Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
