Oversee and hands-on involvement in daily kitchen operations e.g. cooking of bulk orders/meat marination
Supporting Front of House supplies if needed
Oversee inventory, ordering and wastage
Maintain highest quality and consistent products standards
Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health/sanitation regulations
Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs
Requirements:
1 or 2 years related experience in a Food & Beverage (F&B) establishment
*If you do not have prior experience or limited training, we still welcome your application if you are genuinely keen to learn, grow and develop
A valid Food Hygiene Certificate registered with Singapore Food Agency (SFA)
*If you do not have a valid food hygiene certificate, the Company will arrange the training and certification
Great communication skills with positive, interpersonal skills
A team player with a good sense of job responsibility and a keen eye for details
Working hours: Part-timers (1 weekend included): 11am - 7pm or 2pm - 9pm 4 working days per week + 1 standby or; 5 working days per week (OT salary payable if required) $9-$12/hr depending on experience
