  • Aware of the Safety policy in the kitchen
  • To prepare orders according to the recipe and ensure portioning is correct
  • To prepare all raw cooking materials and other required products
  • To ensure that all stocks are kept under optimum conditions
  • To ensure that all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared on time
  • To ensure that all standard recipes are followed in the preparation process
  • To ensure that his section is always being kept clean and tidy
  • To follow and always enforce all NEA\xe2\x80\x99s rules and regulations.
  • To ensure that the kitchen rules and regulations are always observed.
  • Maintain personal grooming and hygiene standards.
  • Checks on all the requisition items to ensure that there is no wastage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Must have WSQ Food Hygiene Course
  • At least 1 years Culinary Experience
