Job Description

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in the following roles:

Sushi Chef

Prepare and present high-quality sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes.


Ensure food preparation meets health and safety standards.


Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items.


Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

Sushi Prep Cook

Assist the sushi chef with ingredient preparation, such as cutting fish, vegetables, and rice.


Ensure all prep work is completed efficiently and to the highest standards.


Follow recipes and portion guidelines accurately.

Restaurant Staff (Servers, Hosts, Dishwashers)

Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere.


Take orders, serve food, and ensure guest satisfaction.


Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sushi restaurant or Japanese cuisine is preferred but not required (training provided for the right candidates). Strong attention to detail and a passion for food. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Food handler's certification (or willingness to obtain one).
