Indonessian Food shop located at Paya Lebar / Somerset 5 days work (9 hours per day) , 2 days off Meals & Uniform provided : Prepare, coat and fry chicken and chicken skin as neede Indonessian Food shop located at Paya Lebar / Somerset 5 days work (9 hours per day) , 2 days off Meals & Uniform provided : Prepare, coat and fry chicken and chicken skin as needed Prepare rice and satay Make sure stocks of chicken, chicken skin and satay are sufficient. Maintenance of all frying and grill equipment Ensure work station is clean, neat & tidy at all times Assist other kitchen staff as needed Cut vegetables (chili, lime, garlic, tomatoes, cucumber) Maintain sufficient stocks for the next day Requirements: willing to learn responsible able to multitask
