About Company
Situated near the Singapore River, our client is a charming eatery dedicated to crafting authentic Japanese chargrilled meat skewers. Its cozy ambiance features a long bar counter and an open-concept kitchen, allowing diners to witness the chef\'s culinary artistry and savor the aroma of perfectly grilled meats.


  • Assist in prepares /cutting food ingredients/ cooking (before and during operations).
  • Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene.
  • Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items.
  • Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
  • Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area.
  • Properly wash and sort soiled dishes.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements
  • Experienced working in Japanese restaurants will be advantage
  • Must have basic kitchen skills
  • Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifts
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passionate and team-working character.

Compensation
- Working days: 5 - 6 days/week (Shift Rotational)
- Working hours: 44 hours/week (around 11am - 11pm)
- Operation hours: Mon - Sun, 6pm - 11pm
  • Working location: Walking distance from MRT Clarke Quay/ MRT Raffles Place
  • Benefits: OT pay, annual leave starts from 7 days (one day increment per year)
