- Assist in preparing /cutting food ingredients (before and during operations)- Maintain the highest standards of food service quality, cleanliness and hygiene- Ensure freshness and quality of all menu items- Keep workstation and equipment clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked- Manage and maintain all inventories and equipment within the kitchen area- Provide customer service- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisorJob Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Japanese cuisine cooking.- Proficient in basic kitchen skills.- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Passionate about culinary arts with a team-oriented attitude.Compensation:
