Deliver food products to customers in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure all daily deliveries are completed on schedule.
Assist in packing and preparation of food items when there are no delivery duties.
Pick and pack food items; required to work in cold room conditions (-18C).
Pack goods according to Delivery Orders (prepared 1 day in advance).
Handle heavy goods (e.g., lifting 40kg or 20kg of pastes in 1 tote).
Maintain company vehicle in good, clean, and working condition.
Conduct routine checks on delivery vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
Ensure all delivery documents (Delivery Orders, invoices) are accurate and properly recorded.
Monitor inventory levels during packing and report any shortages or damages.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow between preparation, packing, and delivery.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
Train and guide junior staff on packing and delivery procedures.
Perform cleaning tasks and assist in kitchen operations when required.
Carry out any other duties as assigned by the Chef or Management.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
Physically fit, responsible, and reliable.
Committed, hardworking, and willing to learn.
Able to work independently and under pressure in a hot and oily environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
