General Kitchen Tasks
- Preparation and storage of ingredients in designated containers and storage areas
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and cutlery
- Wash, peel, and cut various foods such as fruits and vegetables to prepare for cooking
- Portioning, weighing and measuring of ingredients
- Receiving and storage of food supplies, equipment and ingredients
- Removing trash and cleaning of kitchen garbage containers
- Assisting cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks
The Nitty Gritty Stuff
Requirements
- This role has a 6-day work week
- Positive service mindset and dynamic attitude
- No prior experience required
- All are welcome to apply - we welcome all ages, races, religions and orientations
Plus Points
- Candidates with Food Hygiene Certification or other F&B certificates/experience will have an added advantage
Compensation
- $1888 to $2488/monthly
- AWS at the end of the year (pro-rated for the first year of service)
- Variable bonuses which is pegged to the performance of the Company as a whole
- Employees will be covered under a Group Insurance Scheme for staff medical benefits
