Job Description

:

• Assist the Cook in preparation of food
• Ensure food is hygienically stored and food storage areas are kept clean
• Maintaining correct stock levels, ensuring stock rotation and ensuring all stock is clearly labeled to include expiry dates
• Ensure that high standards of hygiene and safety are maintained at all times in the kitchen through daily cleaning and monitoring of kitchen equipments
• Ensure all crockery and utensils are washed using the dishwasher as appropriate
• Able to work well independently as well as within a team
• Follow Health Promotion Board Guidelines and maintain excellent health and hygiene procedures on food preparation
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Qualifications

• Possess 1-2 years of experience in the kitchen; experience in a School is highly preferred
• Ability to work independently and quickly
