Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays, gazetted public holidays, Self-Directed Learning (SDL) days, or school holidays.

Scope of Services
A. Training/Induction by NFS Teachers
Learn use and maintenance of kitchen appliances, ovens, grills, refrigerators, and small appliances.
Understand kitchen terminology, utensils, food preparation, hygiene, and safety.
Assist with inventory updates of perishables, dry goods, and utensils.
B. Daily Duties
Clean kitchens, classrooms, cookers, sinks, floors, and dispose rubbish.
Refill detergents and prepare kitchen for practical lessons/exams.
Prepare food trays at least 30 minutes before lessons.
Assist teachers and students during lessons.
Help with storage of leftover ingredients, cleaning up, and preparation for next classes.
Laundry of towels/aprons.
Record breakages and check all appliances, gas, and lights after use.
Assist teachers with any additional assigned duties.
C. Weekly Duties
Deep cleaning of ovens, cookers, sinks, and refrigerators.
Sanitize store tables, replenish consumables, and maintain teachers' preparatory room.
Report spoilt or damaged equipment to teachers.
D. Prior to School Holidays
Ensure kitchens and classrooms are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised.
Dispose of or store leftover ingredients, equipment, and delivery boxes.
Support stock-taking and update records of utensils/equipment.
Cover cooktops with newspaper and masking tape.
E. Start of New School Term
Remove coverings from cooktops, wipe and prepare all workspaces.
Clean teachers' preparatory room and store tables.

Qualification:
N or O Levels
Food Hygiene Certification
Skills:
Ability to read, write, and speak simple English
Ability to read Excel documents
Experience:
Prior working experience in school kitchens preferred
