Kitchen Operation Executive (baker Shop)

Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Take care of food hygiene and preparation
- Ensure all food products are prepared according to the menu
- Portion control to reduce any wastage
- Monitor stock levels in the outlets and restock when needed
- Conduct checking for all the products received, make sure it meets the standard and quality
- Support Supervisor on new food product\'s development, R&D
- Prepare different food products according to company\'s recipe and standards
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
- Minimum Diploma in Food and Beverage Management or any relevant discipline
- At least 1 year of working experience in Food Production operation or BOH
- Passionate in F&B industry and new products development
- Self-starter, a team player, good communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Location: Central
- Retail working hours, 5 days
- Salary up to $3000 (depends on experience) + Bonus
- Career progression
