The Palawan @ Sentosa We are looking for Kitchen Porter to join our team! As the Kitchen Porter, we rely on you to:

To transport all Food and Beverage items from the Receiving Bay to the respective kitchens / chillers / freezers
To apply the Food Safety Management System\xe2\x80\x99s best practice when transporting the goods
Responsible for all goods while in receiving bay until they are accepted and signed by requesting department
Ensure that all Food and Beverage items transported are placed in First-In-First-Out
To maintain hygiene and cleanliness in work area as well as equipment assigned to the Porter
