About the Role

A premium hotpot dining establishment is seeking a Kitchen Runner to support kitchen and service operations by ensuring efficient delivery of dishes and maintaining cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables quickly and accurately. Ensure correct sequence of dish serving based on orders. Assist in clearing plates, restocking items, and maintaining cleanliness. Support the kitchen with simple back-of-house tasks when required. Communicate effectively with FOH staff to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements

No prior experience needed; training will be provided. Able to communicate basic instructions in English & Mandarin. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsible, punctual, and cooperative.
