Job Description
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Culinary Arts and other related course is an advantage.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Very good interpersonal skills;
- Ability to cope under pressure;
- Good team player;
- Ability to plan and organize;
- Good communication and coordination skills;
- Clear mind set on problem solving.
- Ready all raw materials and tools needed to cook food.
- Check quality of ingredients to be use, ensure that it is within standard quality.
- Cook food according to standard recipe and maximum quantity.
- Record and dispose sub-standard food.
- Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of their work stations and other area as needed and as required to ensure safety preparation of products.
- Strictly follow and maintain food safety standards at all times.
- Follow the restaurant's standard food preparation and cooking base on the company's recipe.
- Ensure the confidentiality of information of the restaurant's recipe and cooking technique.
- Ensure continuous learning for new product and development of skills.
- Work with the team to aligned standards and train new team member.
