Checking and keeping track of DTR and attendance.
Compile and keep track of all incident reports.
Make sure the workplace is safe.
Manages the kitchenaEUR(TM)s equipment inventory.
Submits reports needed in the company.
QUALIFICATION
Graduate of a BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in restaurant management or certification from culinary school is required.
With relevant working experience.
A minimum of three (3) years experience in similar role.
Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
