Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Supervise Kitchen Staff.
  • Maintain cleanliness on kitchen area.
  • Handles scheduling and assigned area of kitchen staff.
  • Checking and keeping track of DTR and attendance.
  • Compile and keep track of all incident reports.
  • Make sure the workplace is safe.
  • Manages the kitchenaEUR(TM)s equipment inventory.
  • Submits reports needed in the company.
QUALIFICATION
  • Graduate of a BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in restaurant management or certification from culinary school is required.
  • With relevant working experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years experience in similar role.
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-timeSchedule:
  • 8 hour shift
