Kitchen Supervisor
Must have at least 3 years of culinary operation experience in central kitchen catering business.
Able to monitor the kitchen's full operations.
Ordering raw materials from suppliers.
Maintaining food costing.
Stock-keeping of all inventories.
Job scheduling of all kitchen assistants.
Ensure that kitchen food is up to standard.
Ensure timely delivery of all cooked food.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen at all times
